Thank you to the many partners who donate to the Olympia Host Lions Club Foundation. Your generosity makes it possible for Olympia Host Lions to say "We Serve"
The Olympia Host Lions Club Foundation serves to receive funds to support the Lions Low Vision Resource Center in Olympia and other projects of the Olympia Host Lions Club.
Through Foundation funding, we can support the activities of the Lions Low Vision Resource Center to bring needed resources to individuals with failing vision.
Our generous donors include individuals, Lions Clubs, local businesses, Indian Tribes and both local and national granting organizations. See details about recent major donors below.
Michael Petty was named the 2024 AARP Andrus Award winner for the state of Washington, an honor which included a $2000 gift to the Lions Low Vision Resource Center. See more at https://states.aarp.org/washington/olympia-resident-receives-statewide-award-for-community-service
Lions Low Vision Center Manager Michael Petty and Olympia Host Lions Club President Erik Johnson received a check from the Puyallup Tribe of Indians Charity Trust Board for $10,000 at an event in September 2025. The grant will be used to purchase equipment the LVRC can loan to individuals with failing vision.
We appreciate your help!
